Bet Confirmation:

Odds Changes:

Match cancelled or postponed:

• If a match is fully cancelled, all bets will be refunded.

• If a cricket match is shortened due to rain, the result will be determined using the DLS method.

General Bonus Policy:

• Every bonus comes with a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) — you'll typically need to place bets worth 5–20x the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• A specific time limit applies to completing wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ex99. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure:

• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the ex99 system for personal gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to receive bonuses.
• Opening an account using another person's personal information.
• Participation in any match-fixing activity.

You may close your ex99 account at any time. Simply email support@ex99.biz or submit a request via live chat.

For voluntary closure:

• Complete all withdrawals before the account is closed.
• If you have any open bets, your account will be closed once they are settled.
• Once closed, you must obtain support approval before opening a new account with the same number.

In the event of closure by ex99:

If these Terms are breached, ex99 may close the account without prior notice. Any remaining valid balance may or may not be returned, depending on the nature of the violation.

Ex99 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• If services are suspended under the direction of a government or regulatory authority.

Ex99's maximum liability to any user on a given matter shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user over the preceding 30 days, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
